Yumi awakens alone in a shadow-choked forest, her memories shattered and her name the only thing she knows for certain. When twisted, unfamiliar creatures emerge from the darkness, instinct takes over-and a Keyblade answers her call, its appearance as mysterious as her forgotten past. Guided by the excitable yet wary Moogle, Mog, Yumi sets out across the Realm of Chaos, a broken expanse where fragments of once-familiar worlds drift like fading dreams.
As she travels through these fractured realms, Yumi encounters allies who sense something unusual in her heart, and enemies who seem to know far more about her than she does herself. Each battle unlocks echoes of lost truths, hinting that her amnesia may be tied to the shattering of the worlds themselves. Caught between light, darkness, and the chaos in between, Yumi must uncover who she was and decide who she will become, before the fragments collapse completely, taking the last hope of restoring the worlds.
