In 1589, a royal cartographer was executed for falsifying the maps of the Spanish Empire.

Centuries later, a fragment of his so-called "false atlas" resurfaces in a Lisbon auction house, and Nathan Drake is about to learn that some lies were drawn on purpose.

What begins as a simple acquisition spirals into a hunt across the Darién Gap, where a lost city was not destroyed... but deliberately erased.

As mercenary forces close in and old tensions resurface, Nate must decide whether every discovery deserves to be uncovered, or whether some truths are meant to remain buried.
