It is only in this balance that both alpha and omega may be fulfilled, at peace, and share love that transcends into family.

The omega cannot be without the alpha. This is nature; thus, this is law.

River adores his alpha. Senator Mikhail Astamov gives him everything: stability, heat, safety - and the stemplant. The technology developed so generously for him, integrated into his nervous system, so he never has to face the agony of a panic attack again. He doesn't need to worry about civil unrest. He doesn't need to think. He can just be an omega, and trust his alpha, and everything will be OK.

Asher is Senator Dorian Castel's omega - and he deserves to be. He worked hard to get here, after all.
