Norman and Norma Bates move to the coastal town of White Pine Bay where they buy a motel. Not later than they bought the motel, Norman's half brother Dylan Massett comes into town. Norman meets Emma who really likes him but he feels for another girl, while Dylan feels for Emma. Not to forget Norman's inner Norma killing all types of people that crates this Norma/ Romero thing.
