James Buchanan Barnes spent the last 70 years of his life within touture, searing ice, and torment.
But he was not alone.

Camellia Dumont (Agent Katipo) was raised through suffering, abuse, and loneliness. All due to Project Varya-the unknown connection, or 'elder sister' if you wish, to the Red Room.

Project Varya is located on the coast of Siberia, and had taken refuge there when the first operation had been compromised... well, more like persuaded.

Miss Dumont is/was the only living agent associated with Project Varya. She wasnt surprised. As, somehow, she was the only agent to win a fight against the Winter Soldier himself.
And how?

Well, even the most dangerous beings have weaknesses.
Or shall I say, vulnerability.

The Echo Of Love follows the timeline of Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), Civil War (2016), Infinity War, Endgame, and so on.
PS: this story will include Natasha, Steve, Tony, etc. They live on past Endgame, as I am already to mentaly ill to have to write their deaths.
