Star's and Shadows

Kara Targenyen, the eldest daughter of Blade and Isla Targenyen and the First to the throne of the Shadow Court has know four things her whole life: war, dragons, shadows and the ways of her Court. Then her mother's ally with the other Court's of Prythian to help with the war and a certain Night Court prince named after the stars falls into her life.

Nyx Archeron has known his Court, his family, his parents Inner Circle, and how to maintain a cold expression in Hewn City while be a carefree teenager in Velaris. he knows his duty, he knows his part, but he also knows how to cause trouble. and when his parents get an invitation to a Court that's only just come out of hiding ten years after the war of Hybern, and he meets the eldest daughter of their High Ladies, he can't help but cause trouble.

Kara is tasked with teaching Nyx their Court's ways, much to her dismay. and Nyx has a way of getting under her skin in the most irritating ways. but when a mating bond snaps between the two of them at dinner one night, neither can seem to stay away, but Kara can't bring herself to stray from her duties either.
