New kid?

Izuku Midoriya a young boy who had ambitions with no power to back it up. He must fight to survive, even at the age of nine. Bullies at every corner. Or... that's how it was.

"Izuku Midoriya a young nine year old is filed missing by the moms best friend who worried when they didn't show up to a friend's dinner. The mother of this young boy was found dead in her apartment. The missing boy has many belongings missing. Did he run or was he taken is on the mind of many Hero's who are working on this case, authorities are still trying to figure out what precautions must be taken. Do we have a killer and kidnapper, or just a crazy killer on the loose? So, If you see a nine year old kid with green hair please contact the authorities."

This is a story I have thought about writing multiple times. Izuku will get trained by a few mystery men/woman from other animes. Returning to late for the UA entrance exams. Will he get in? Does he still want to get in?
