Sigmund Pine is a vampire living in a world that considers drinking from a human as 'uncivilised'. Casper Weiss is a human who thinks being bitten is just a really fun kink.

Sigmund is rich, is close with his dad, has good friends, and is respected by all - and he's still unhappy. He secretly desires to drink from humans, craves it deeply, and he's thoroughly ashamed of it. It feels dirty, sinful even, and he's stamped on his desires for years. The blood he distributes through his company, Blood Bank, is refined, tasteless, and he wonders if he'll ever feel full again.

Sven, his meddling, but well-meaning secretary, is worried about him, and after a desperate push, Sigmund makes an appointment at a company called Love Bites, that matches vampires who want to drink with humans who want to be bitten. There, he meets Casper Weiss, known as Cass, a human who shamelessly flaunts his enjoyment of being bitten and offers himself up as Sigmund's perfect match.

They both have a lot to lose if their relationship were to get out; Sigmund's reputation and friendships are on the line, and Cass could lose his business if people thought he somehow corrupted the great Sigmund Pine. But they can't seem to stay away from each other, even when they know the risks.

Join Sigmund and Cass on this journey of love, sex, and self-acceptance. Rated 18+ MATURE. There will be sex. Lots of it.

"I always thought I was the ocean, you know? Always reaching for things I can't have. Always crashing into people who don't want me back. The moon pulls. The ocean follows. Even when it hurts." "You don't have to, Noah. Why can't you stay? Why can't the ocean stay with the shore?" *** Noah Reed has spent years trying to outrun the boy he used to be- the one who froze under his father's fists, the one who kissed a stranger under the stars and watched him disappear. When Noah and his mother escape their violent home and move to Novacrest, he's prepared to rebuild quietly: new school, new friends, a job at a café, and maybe-finally-something like peace. Milo, the sweet, steady football player who keeps showing up for him, feels like exactly that. Until Noah sees him. Eli Blake. Quarterback. Golden boy. Untouchable. And the first boy Noah ever kissed. Eli acts like he doesn't remember him at all. But his eyes say something else-fear, anger, longing, something sharp enough to cut. Thrown together for a biology project, their old summer-camp secret forces its way back, tearing open every wound Noah has tried to bury. And just when Noah's heart begins leaning toward Milo, Eli breaks through his defenses... and kisses him again. Now the past is unraveling, the truth is clawing its way out, and Noah has to choose between the boy who makes him feel safe and the boy who makes him feel seen. Because oceans don't choose what pulls them. But Noah has to- before he breaks apart for good. Book One in the Ocean & Moon series.

Though he knows Tristan might walk away, for the first time in too long to remember, Quinn can't help hoping for more. *** Three new chapters every Sunday. *** Text copyright © KatherineBlackmare ™ 2026 The moral right of the author has been asserted.
