They say if you're born with wings, your place is in the sky. But no one tells you what happens when you're born in a place where there isn't even room to breathe.

Mireya Takami knows nothing of fame. She knows what it's like to live in a house falling to pieces, with a father who only knows how to scream and a mother who gave up a long time ago.
