After being diagnosed with a psychopathic disorder, she is discharged from the hospital under strict conditions-no triggers, no violence, no isolation. As a last attempt at giving her a normal life, she and her younger sister are sent to a remote island meant to be a gateway to recovery. Quiet. Controlled. Safe.

At least, that's what they were promised.
But when a mysterious outbreak turns the island into a sealed-off nightmare, survival becomes the only rule that matters.

As society collapses and the dead begin to walk, the line between disorder and instinct starts to blur. While others panic, she adapts. While others fear the monsters outside, she begins to question the one growing inside her.
