This story was inspired by events in my life. All the events alluded to have happened, at least in my horribly unreliable memory. A good deal of this is fiction as well, obviously. Keep that in mind when you read this. I wrote this book in 2 hours, so there will be many, many mistakes (It was also written on the notes section of my crappy android phone while I was on a road trip).
It's a tour of my memories, set in my favorite home. The goal is to make it feel like a dream.
In case you are left confused, it's about how one unexpected event can drastically change you. And how, as much as that event is horrible, unwanted, and terrifying, it is hard to let go.
