She's a simple maid to the Queen of Hearts. The lowest number of them all.  She has no family to protect but the other servants of the Heart Kingdom from the Queen's wrath. She always dreams of the large rose field that she came from with the small nicks and cuts that are on her feet and the little rose birthmark on the side of her belly.
     He's the greatest knight in all of the Spade Kingdom. A Jack, humble advisor, and friend to the King of Spades. Quiet, reserved, and trapped in nightmares of a dark, misty abyss. The Queen of Spades takes a liking to him, wanting him more and more day by day. The Jack of Spades knows that there is something inside him. Something that he had kept at bay since the time he came into the World of the Cards. When these two mysterious souls meet, their lives begin to change and their roles are questioned.
