Sydney Jennings had seen too much. Before she turned sixteen, she watched her father die in her arms and had killed a man.

Ten years later, she had mostly moved passed the terrifying event that still haunted her at night. But on her wedding day, she receives a mysterious letter in the beach villa her millionaire brother had bought her for the weekend.

Only hours later, the wedding is interrupted by a man in black and a gas mask. After the entire wedding is gassed unconscious, Sydney wakes up to find a murdered man laying beside her. She knows it was because of her. It all related back to her father's death. But why?

So she searches around. What she finds reveals answers from that event ten years ago. The man she had blamed forever had been a victim as much as she had. But the information may cost the lives of the people she loves and her enemies.

A bigger war was brewing.
