Angelika Schmidt has a grudge. Captain Steven Grant Rogers of the US army, to be more specific. If it wasn't for his damnable meddling, everything would be to plan by now. Or she wouldn't have spent the last 73 miserable years on a moon in another universe with only her stupid coward of a little brother for company. If he hadn't sabotaged the Valkyrie that night to force her father's hand. If only she'd gotten there a little faster. If only she had saved him. Maybe the energy surge of the overloaded Tesseract wouldn't have sent her and her brother to the middle of a strange galaxy in another universe. So, naturally, she is going to track down this universe's Tesseract, unlock its secrets and return home to set things right. No matter who - or what stands in her way. And she is going to step on Rogers' grave. Or kill him, if he's been stubborn enough to hold on this long. After all, even a supersoldier has to have aged in 7 decades. --- Hans Schmidt loves his elder sister. He swears he does. Or, he did once. She refused to accept anything that has happened for the last eight decades, not even the comfortable retirement he's been naively looking forward to in all his decades of following her around on her little vengeance quest, wishing she would come to her senses one day and become the kind of compassionate sibling she's never shown an inclination of being. Not only that, but she seems to hold a concerning amount of sentimentality for a father he can only ever remember as cruel, cold and abusive. And, after watching her succeed in her latest attempt to murder a pocket dimension, and obtain a highly unstable power source that did not help with the decline of their father's sanity, he's starting to think that the way she's been staring fixedly into middle-distance at it for the last two days is not a good sign. Until, by some fluke, she figures out how to make it work...
