Alice Du Ponte, a formerly lost soul of Heaven and the adoptive daughter of the Radio Demon, Alastor, has done the impossible: she opened a portal.

Alice Unbound follows the aftermath of a trial that changed the very foundation of how the afterlife works. No longer just a victim of celestial bureaucracy, Alice discovers she holds the key to Rabbit Holes; unstable, unauthorized shortcuts that bypass the Pearly Gates entirely. Now labeled a "provisional citizen" and placed under the strict, watchful eye of Abel, Alice is given a choice: conform to the perfection of Heaven, or risk being cast back down forever.

But Alice has been constrained to strict rules for far too long.

Determined to bridge the divide between the divine and the damned, Alice uses her probation to carve out a new role for herself: Ambassador. Working in secret with the exiled King of hell, Lucifer, and the future redeemed sinners of the Hazbin Hotel, she navigates a dangerous political game. She must balance her growing, complex feelings for Abel against her loyalty to the family she left behind in the Pride Ring.

Alice intends to rewrite the laws of judgment and force the Seraphim to face their mistakes. But first, she has to explain to a room full of terrified Angels why a portal has been torn open, and why a smiling Overlord is staring directly into their courtroom from the other side of the looking glass.
