The premise is about a world where animals have revolted against humanity, mainly over the experimentation and abuse of animals. These animals seek shelter in a fake hospital owned by an organization known as Bloodbath and its Supreme Leader, Dr. Y/N Robotnik and his Family.
The series is currently mainly focused on two children named Robbie and Luke. The two try their best to escape while evading various dangers, including the mascot of the hospital, Lorna. Luke is also on a quest to save his little sister, Bluesnow.
