Tyla of tomorrow in DC
Full Description:
A ship crashes beneath Gotham. Not just any ship-but one far too advanced for Earth, or even Krypton. Inside is a girl named Tyla. Or... at least, that's what she says between wide-eyed stutters and color-shifting stares.
She's beautiful, brown-skinned with glowing eyes that reflect her emotions-pink for joy, yellow for happiness, and green when she's disgusted. Her hair is wild and radiant, like her energy. She's 5'8", but everyone on Earth feels too tall, especially the towering Bat who first finds her.
Batman doesn't trust easily, but Tyla's innocence and confusion leave even him rattled. She doesn't know him. Or Nightwing. Or Earth. Or what a "Batcave" is. She's lost in this world-but something about her feels dangerous... or essential.
Tyla sees visions-flashes of past and future, jumbled but terrifying. She can heal by singing and can copy up to three powers at a time-but only for 48 hours. She says she doesn't remember much. Maybe that's true.
But secrets never stay buried in Gotham. And Tyla's future? It may hold more than war, loss, and power. It may hold new life-something even she doesn't seek coming. A child born of stars and Earth, with a destiny tied to both.
For now, though? She just wants to know why the toaster tries to eat the bread.
