A group of students which is Emma, Sarah, Jake, Damien and Ivy moves in the dorms for the new semester this year. They expects a late - night study sessions and dorm room drama with a new smell of a new dorm. Unexpectedly, as they enter the dorm, the smell of wet earth beneath the carpet or the way the dust in the air seems to smell like a "Soil" .

The university was built on an unhallowed cemetery where souls with forgotten sins lay down. The new semester in the university will get more challenging as the terrifying season begin. Led by a enigmatic and chilling Aizen, a brilliant student who seems know more than just a folklore of the past. As the five students which is Emma, Sarah, Jake, Damien and Ivy stumbles into Aizen's place, he decides to join them too as a demon friend.
