The Many Faces of Death is a collection of short stories about death (I promise they aren't all as depressing as they sound). Death comes in many forms, and each story portrays it differently. Hope you enjoy reading!

As a human, I've always wondered what's life after death. It's always there at the back of my mind. Will I ascend to heaven or will I get burnt in hell? I'm so immersed on the thought of it that I've never once questioned if angels or demons even exist. But even if I did, I won't have an absolute answer either way. The world we live in has so much more to it than what meets the eye. They're everywhere watching our every move, waiting for our last breath. While on the outside she looks like a normal human detective, underneath all of that lies a grim reaper. Reapers were created at the beginning of time, formed to be unemotional and detached as a soul's transport to either Heaven or Hell. But Morrigan is unlike the rest. Death's Life. By Maximus D. Hunt. 2025 "The book shows that life is a fragile vase most people throw around expecting it not to crack." Death's life is a book about a man named Mathew Damian Hilt that dies in an alley in new jersey and becomes a "contractor" then starts to realize how mentally draining and strange this "Job" is. Mathew has to watch countless stories with around 5 being in the book. The story ends with a surprising twist to a second book that will be produced depending on the enjoyment of the first book. EXTRA: this is more of a demo of the book i wrote for fun during my 24-25 year in high school. depending on feedback i will make a full version of the book. so please leave any ideas/ comments you think of!Terminé

When Amelia woke up finally it felt like eternity. As she opened her heavy drawn eyelids, only darkness embraced her and raw smell of a chilly winter evening. She could feel a different taste on her lips... something bitter... something metallic.. pain. And then she realized she is dead!! Only two days ago she had everything... a wonderful family, a loving boyfriend and a job that pays off her rent and now....now she is, well, dead!! What happened? How did it happen? Who did this to her? So many questions yet no answers, just a dark truth prevailed. But she will not leave so easily. No, not until she gets her answers. She'll stay in this world as long as she has to... even if that means contacting the Grim Reaper himself!!Terminé
