In which

Elysia Hawthorne was summoned to the small town of Forks, Washington, after the death of her father. With her arrival things begin to change, the weather sours. The air grows bitter, almost too thick to breathe, and the once lush forest wilts as rot infests its roots.

Tensions grow as fate pushes it ways through the rot, tying Elysia and the shifters together, just as it did with Bella Swan and Edward Cullen. Only this time, the bond that is meant to bring them together... breaks.
