La historia sucede en España al mismo tiempo que la historia original de MHA (o BNHA como prefieras llamarlo) en esta historia no veremos a una clase A de la mejor academia de héroes del país, la Academia UA Cid, a una clase de jóvenes aspirantes a héroes con vocación por salvar a las personas.
Si no a la clase B, apodada como clase C en este cursó, ¿la razón?
Este curso la clase está formada por 20 jóvenes condenados a diferentes reformatorios seleccionados cuidadosamente a los que se les ofrece un trato de formarse como héroes y borrarlos del sistema de villanos juveniles en lugar de cumplir la condena en el reformatorio (y en algunos casos a los 18 iban a tener aún penas de cárcel).
