There has been a time skip and the main party are all at least 17 or 18 years old. They all just finished their last year of high school and decided to celebrate with a journey over summer. Their parents have agreed to let them go under certain circumstances, this really shocks and excited the party shocked that they actually agree and excited that they finally get to go on a long car journey without their parents bossing them around saying 'no don't do that!' 'It's time to finish up!' 'Bed time!!'. The kids set off on their journey, which will go on for the whole summer, around the USA, stopping off at certain places.
