Nicole just wants to survive her shifts at Dairy Queen and start integrating into a new small town called Hawkins; where nothing ever happens. Steve Harrington wants ... well, pretty much the opposite. Cocky, irritating, and way too sure of himself, he's the last person Nicole wants anywhere near her life.

But where strange things start creeping out of the shadows and secrets are revealed underground, Nicole and Steve are forced into an uneasy alliance. What starts as pure annoyance slowly turns into reluctant trust.
