"You have dinner with me," Satoru said, a grin beginning to stretch across his face. "I'll take you to that good shabu-shabu place up the street. My treat."

Gojo Satoru is Niseko's most expensive ski instructor. A former pro-racer grounded by a career-ending injury, he's loud, flashy, and lives his life on a seasonal rotation. He's used to tourists falling in love with him. It's all part of the job description.
