PART 7- THE OUTLAWS

After the Titans took down the H.I.V.E. Crime has spiked again with Black Mask and Two Face. Two gang leaders trying to control the city in their own twisted ways. Jason Todd, the Red Hood, is still the vigilante with a bloody edge. No longer haunted by his past, but ready to do the dirty work. Even with his brothers approval.

Allied with Arsenal, Batgirl, and Jinx. Jason goes with his team and no longer follows the "No Kill Rule" for these "inhumans" alliances are fragile, and collapse lurks around every corner. Two-Face and Black Mask are consolidating power, manipulating the chaos to rule the underworld-and only the Outlaws of the Titans can stop them.

Jinx has found herself and redemption, her past with Nightwing no longer haunts her while her new role forces impossible choices. Red Hood must balance his thirst for vengeance with protecting the innocent, all while questioning whether if he will lose himself.
