Julie's life used to be great, and normal just like everybody else's. She grew up without a mother, but her father had more than enough love to fill that gap. However, when he passes away after growing gravely ill, he life begins to spiral downwards - her uncle is no longer kind and loving as he mourns the death of his brother. He becomes a heavy alcoholic who abuses his family. One night he goes to far, and drives his disturbed niece, Julie, over the edge.
