When The Bells Sing

The bells of Balangaw Village haven't sung in three years. Since then, crops have failed, streams have run dry, and strange shadows have crept to the edge of the forest. Sixteen-year-old Lila Santos is just an apprentice to the village Bell-Tender - but when she wakes the ancient bronze bells with a song her grandmother taught her, everything changes.

The bells' melody brings life back to the dying Heartwood Tree at the village center - and draws the return of the Tree Folk, mysterious beings who vanished when the bells fell silent. They reveal that the land's balance has been broken, and only Lila can follow the bells' song to set things right.

Joined by her best friend Kiko and a small group of villagers, Lila sets off into the forest to heal the Spring of Echoes and awaken the Earth's Breath. Along the way, she must face shadows born of doubt and forgetfulness, forge an alliance with the Tree Folk, and learn that the bells don't just sing for the village - they sing for every living thing tied to the land.

In a world where old ways were lost and hope was fading, Lila will discover that the greatest power lies not in the bells themselves, but in the song that connects us all.
