Her heart felt wretched and her head dazed, a pained spectator witnessing the ruin in Severus' wake. The audience of students and staff watched on in horror as Harry accused him of an act of the acutest kind: the murder of Albus Dumbledore.
He drew his wand, Minerva quickly intercepted. Zemira was quick to note that Severus opted to not block her attacks yet, indeed, chose to throw them at the Death Eaters that staggered and cackled behind him.
Her eyes sadden at the observation.
His eyes fell upon her own then and his features grew grievous, what little color graced his porcelain skin draining, Zemira knew she had not hid her torment well under a calm façade.
"Go," she mouthed to him, "Quickly."
Severus disappeared within a wave of his robes. In dire times as these, he was never one to question her.
