Magic was outlawed so many centuries ago, that the magical folk themselves have forgotten how to wield it. Treated as second class citizens, they can only dream of a better world.

Until Artemis Wetherell, a mere human, stumbles across a weapon that the folk have been looking for, incidentally sparking a rebellion.

But like any weapon, those tempering with the arcane beyond their own understanding will be in for a reckoning.
