This shift aims to adapt members who flee their home countries due to corruption and threats, following the Petras Act, to Iran and the Great Persia Alliance (GPA). The Immortals Program encompasses various background groups, providing support across different divisions, including the Navy, Air Force, and Cybersecurity. High-ranking officers oversee the selection of these groups, while lieutenants can only choose from smaller organizations. First Lieutenant Pooya Darvishi, linked to the influential Behruz Darvishi, selected the Abyss Divers Club (ADC) after a chance meeting with Dive Instructor Samantha Davis on his dive trip. However, the ADC's selection process for the Red Vulture overlooked several top Divers, leading to frustration and accusations of rigging among those excluded. Despite this, Connie Freman, a determined Diver, coordinated a secret trip to Bandar Abbas, the Red Vulture headquarters, with her girlfriend, Leah.
