Tails

A guy named Shiro is attacked by a man dressed in all black and nearly killed, but something in him decides not to run like he usually would, but to fight back.
He learns he has superhuman abilities but can't control them. He finds more like him, and tries to master his skills with the help of The Twin Tails.
