Fifteen year old Madison is a striaght A student, is very great at writing, has a nice well paid job, and lives with a successful family in the more 'fancier' neighborhood. While that all sounds like a teenagers dream life, Madison is often ridiculed by her peers because she is has a genetic condition that makes her extremely sensitive to the sun. Feeling degraded because she is not being valued, Madison is slowly losing hope in making a friend despite her best efforts but that was before a very strange family moves in next door to them.
