Living with DPDR

Introduction!!
Hi!! A few days ago, i developed DPDR, alias depersonalisation derealization, and i think it could be useful, to write down what it's like. I'm thinking about telling you a few tips, if you're struggling with it as well, or if you know someone who does. Also, i'll write something like a journey, because it maybe could be interesting for some, and if you have DPDR as well, you could find comfort in not being alone. I mean, I hope so, I want to help! In the next chapter, i'm going to tell you what DPDR is like. And before I'd get started, don't worry, your life isn't going to be like that forever, you can 100% recover!!
