Jihoon, a 19-year-old freshman at university, just wants a quiet life away from the chaos. He's responsible, shy, somewhat of a perfectionist, and carries more stress than he admits. Between work, classes, and troubled friends, he feels like each day weighs a little more than the last.

Rony, on the other hand, is his complete opposite: a tall, blond, cold-eyed German butcher with intense blue eyes that seem to pierce right through anyone. His presence is imposing, his silence unsettling... and his past is shrouded in shadows that no one dares to mention.

No one would imagine that these two very different lives would collide. Even less so, that this collision would change everything.

When Jihoon accidentally walks into Rony's butcher shop, a chain of events is set in motion: warnings, injuries, fear... and a strange tension that neither of them understands at first. What seemed like a disaster soon becomes a complicated but irresistibly deep relationship.
Amid secrets, awkward affection, overprotectiveness, and a love that shouldn't exist, Jihoon discovers that Rony doesn't just want to protect him... but would be capable of destroying the world to keep him safe.
