The story of The Rossad follows a man named Marco Carl Rossad, who comes from a poor family in Madrid, Spain. His father, Sebastian Rossad, was killed after refusing to obey the local mafia in Madrid known as El Garrison, led by Don Graciano Del Francisco.
From this tragedy, the name Rossad is born-and this is where the rise of the Rossad begins, eventually growing into an organized crime syndicate in the Philippines.
