Arden Casanova, a former artist now working as a chemist, wakes one morning with an unshakable urge to leave home. He follows the pull to the remote town of Winterfield, where strange things have started happening. The town is cold, isolated, and hiding something dangerous. Arden doesn't yet understand what's calling him-or what horrors await-but he's about to find out.
