The plan failed, they barely escaped by the skin of their teeth, but they also know that LBD is relentless, she won't stop until her "destiny" has been fulfilled and with wukong still possessed its only a matter of time until she succeeds.

wukongs putting everything he has left into breaking the Lady Bone Demons spell but its a lot harder than he originally thought, he needs someone's help, but he doesn't want to put the kid in danger, there is one person who can stand against him, fight him off long enough for him to escape the icy clutches of the LBD, however after everything that's happened he highly doubts that person would've bothered to stick around.
