Every individual has a way of processing and expressing their emotions. Similarly, my way of processing and expressing emotions is through writing. Every piece of my work does not necessarily have to be a part of my day to day life. A lot of my writing reflects either overthinking or imagining which then tends to flow into the form of either poems, short stories, articles. Exactly like wool tangled into a ball, knitter gently and carefully pulls a strand out of it and starts knitting into beautiful patterns. That's how I too entangle my emotions, my feelings and create art out of it. Knitting Emotions Into Words, will be a series of poem. If at all any of my work resonates with you. Do leave your thoughts and enjoy reading. Much Love -Z.B.S

Writing is a terrifying act of creation that requires us to push past the fear of being known and bare our souls to others. It gives us a glimpse into our multifaceted lives, both as writers who share their stories and as readers who bring their own unique experiences to what they read. Writing serves as a beautiful connection to each other and our world. This collection of poetry and prose is intended for those of us who feel we have lost our connections and sometimes feel a little less than human because of it.
