Jade couldn't be farther from the environment they grew up with. They are just now starting to settle into their new home with their adoptive parent when they meet Kai, who has lived here her whole life, and Ada, Kai's quieter counterpart. Ada is the new subject of Jade's curiosity, completely unlike anyone they've ever met. Ada has grown accustomed to the small town they've lived in for so long, but now a new face has popped up and pushed everything off center. Now Ada wants to learn more about him and where he comes from but one problem quickly arises; Ada is too detached from the world around them leaving them unable to understand their own feelings and Jade is falling hard for someone he is convinced he shouldn't love.
