Jewel Amana is supposed to be dead.
She's not dead.
She can't remember how, or why---and honestly she's not entirely sure this isn't all some crazy dream.
She's not stupid either. Someone tried to kill her, someone is going to try and find her and make sure she's actually dead this time. They'll probably kill her new allies too.
But there is some sort of silver tainted lining. She can remember one thing. Tiffany. And the vaguely fuzzy feeling in her chest when she says the name out loud. No path is ever straight, and while she thinks she isn't either, this might be one of the hardest trials of her life--not that she can remember the other ones.
