There was no denying that his friend, Uraraka, had a ruthless uncle. Every time Izuku would come over for whatever reason, be it to work on a project, or just for fun, Mr...? Ka- Kat, Kacchan? Was that his name? Would always be instigating!

And it doesn't help with the fact that Izuku has a massive crush on Uraraka, so he's unable to make any moves without the underlying feeling that her uncle would be watching from somewhere.

But one night, when Izuku was feeling extra bold and a little bit careless-a huge mistake, by the way-he got caught right when he was about to make the first move.

Then, because Mr. Kacchan was a mean-spirited, ruthless, rude person, he punished him, and not in the most conventional way...

Izuku Midoriya gets diddled by Katsuki Bakugo-who is also Ochako Uraraka's uncle.
