It was both.. my birthdays...

It was the day where I would turn 10.

The day me, my mother and my friends were supposed to celebrate my 10th birthday.

But...

It was also the day...

The day I lost everything.

The day where all I could see was everyone else's back.

The day the odds went against me.

The day where the whole world betrayed me.

The day where my long-lost twin sister left me and travelled to a far-away place where I don't know if it even existed in the first place.

And the day.. where I lost my own way.
