Stuck by Your Word

A dead King, a sworn oath, a promise to fulfill, and a War that has gone into the mind.

Steve has always been a hero, protected the Kingdom (and brash, proud King) enough to be granted the throne after the King finally let death win.

Bucky had always grasped at the tail end of his light, somehow always lagging behind him. He was Steve's right hand man, first protector, sworn to keep him safe until death finds them both. As a man of his word, Bucky never leaves his side.

Until old foes come crawling back, threatening everything, and everyone, they have sworn to protect.
