Valentine's Day. Sonic's least favorite holiday thanks in part to the staggering amount of people trying to ask him to be his Valentine.
(there's also his own apprehension to romance but no one needs to know about that. Not even himself.)
He tries to escape the day by hanging out with Tails but the moment he spots a pink hedgehog with several baskets full of Valentine's Day gifts. NOT INHERENTLY REMINISCENT OF HIM, he suddenly decides to spend his Valentine's Day differently.
Late Valentine's Day story I threw together solely for the joke about Shadow being Cream's pillow. No that's not a lie.
