Quiet and curious female protagonist who doesn't want to deal with the consequences of war has to figure out who she is, was, and what she wants.

You weren't born in the right world. Now you're home. But this world also has its problems. Problems that require guardians and a powerful balancing act to keep the sky from ripping open. After an accident hundreds of years ago the balance was broken and you were supposed to be born to fix it but you weren't. It's not too late yet. You can still fight back against the creatures who took your fate away from you. But first you have to heal the world at its roots and discover your place in this lifetime.

A fey born into the wrong world is placed back where she belongs just to discover she is the last wind fairy and must take up the power and responsibility of protecting what's left of the realm she should have saved had she been alive. In this second chance she meets the rulers of the balance and reveals the strings of gods playing story maker.
