War's Shared Shadows

In pre-war New York, Charlie Evans struggles to find a purpose to her in life. Her adoptive father, Dr. Abraham Erskine, hopes she'll follow in his footsteps and become a scientist for the SSR, and Howard Stark tries to recruit her as a mechanical engineer for Stark Industries. But at barely seventeen, Charlie's life is changed forever when the war breaks out in Europe. She's faced with several hard choices that only she can make.

Steve Rogers never liked bullies. Always being the little guy and trying to stand for what's right, Steve can't seem to get his footing. He always wanted to be a soldier, but his enlistment continues to get denied due to his health. When he's approached by the SSR for a top secret project, Steve jumps at the chance to serve his country. Now, as the first Super Soldier, he's charged with a mission beyond his wildest dreams; destroy Hydra, rid the world of Hitler, and end the war.

When thrown into the thick of World War 2, both individuals find their beliefs questioned. With the help of best friends and underworld spies, will Steve and Charlie be able to save those they love before it's too late?
