Late university admissions and expensive living costs force Lex and Clark to share an apartment together. Rules are set, but even with minimum interaction, they somehow manage to get on each other's nerves. One night, the two realize why the other drives them so crazy.
This fanfic is Not Canon Compliant! Characters are aged up/down compared to their canon ages in Smallville (TV). Lex has not met any characters from Smallville (TV) beforehand, including Clark. Some characters have also been removed.
This takes place around 2004--which is around Season 4-5 if this were following canon--and I tried to make it as accurate as possible.
