Vaultie: Escape the Colony

Before the Great War, there was a world trying to get by with whatever resources it had at its disposal. Americans crawled their way through life, dealing with hardship, money loss, paranoia, sickness, and pain. The Government stopped caring about what America wanted and just wanted the next best thing in regard to nuclear power. People eventually just did their own thing, even though war loomed in their minds. Great companies worked against each other to create a better world, yet they could never come out on top like RobCo or Vault-Tec. The latest secret was that they were seeking a way to drop the bombs...
Eventually though.. one ruler did just that. It created a world where radiation, radioactive creatures and nightmares lurked around every corner. Something crawling, walking or flying wanted to kill anything it came across. Even the people of the wasteland became this way... the only safety was the Vaults.. even though they hid secrets no one knew about.
In this story, several vaults are created into a colony like state. Allowing growth to happen and children to be born radiation free. It was a safe environment for people to thrive and become more important in their careers. These Vaults only exist for the purpose of the story. They are located in the northern most states of America. To the Midwest is where we begin our story and it's within the plains of Indiana. The farthest stretch of forests heading towards the Appalachian Mountains.
Let me introduce these Vaults to you. Now, within the Fallout series... these vaults are not one of the listed Vaults for Vault Tec. They are created for this story and to implement the human experimentation and study of the human behavior under extreme conditions.
