Stateside is now under a complete state of chaos, as all doors to the outside world have been electronically sealed and all of the mental patients doors have been unlocked. Kyle sets-up a possy of cannibals, serial killers and psychopaths to hunt and kill all orderlies and doctors, to ensure his escape once dayshift arrives. Kendall and Logan just got done playing one their shows in Italy, and they were leaving the venue to go to their hotel for the night. When they hear crying from outside the venue.
