Irene is a witch whose yet gone through the ritual in order to become a witch fully and become like her covenant sisters. With her mother being a blood witch she's stuck trying to settle her fears and the anxiety she might not pass, but working at a werewolf camp has heightened the tension in her house.
What she hadn't expected was to be pushed to make an irrational decision and to make a deal with a werewolf, or naively agree to terms she might not be able to meet.
Grappled by curiosity, and the desire to fit in she threatens to break a sacred rule and taking from the tree instead of receiving which can only be repaid with blood which she learns can only be her own.
But, will it be at the hand of a lover? Or is it just the result of her foolishness?
